Safe Passage reveals that the imminent threat to the animals depicted (cougars, toads, eagles, snakes, butterflies, coral fish, bats) is the lack of 'safe passage' for them through human-wildlife conflict, necessary for that animal's ultimate survival.  Crafted in seven 5-8-minute segments for general audiences, each specific problem (and possible solution) is narrated, in voiceover and interviews, by the dedicated local people who have been trying to create safe passage action plans, often with minimal funding, but much community support and effort.
